Information on this site describes the services we offer and is provided for general guidance. It is not a diagnosis of a specific problem at your property and should not replace an on-site assessment.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are given after an on-site diagnosis and apply to the scope described in the quote. If the scope changes once work begins — for example when a hidden failure is uncovered — we stop, explain what changed, and get your approval before continuing.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are estimates. Emergency calls are prioritized, which can move a scheduled visit; when that happens we contact you as early as we can.
Offers
Promotional offers apply to new customers, are limited to one per household or property, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be mentioned before the invoice is issued.
